No Refunds

All sales of ADA Paratransit ticket books are final. PACE Suburban Bus does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for ticket books under any circumstances.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

PACE Suburban Bus is not responsible for ticket books lost or stolen after delivery. Ticket books cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
