Products and Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. PACE Suburban Bus reserves the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at erroneous prices.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Sales tax may apply based on your shipping address.
Shipping and Delivery
Ticket books are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after order processing. PACE Suburban Bus is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Permitted Use
ADA paratransit ticket books purchased through this site are intended solely for use by ADA-eligible paratransit riders within the PACE service area. Resale of ticket books purchased through this site is prohibited.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of PACE Suburban Bus or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. copyright law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PACE Suburban Bus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or the purchase of products.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
